Q: Where is your location and where else can I find your cremation jewelry?

We are based in Ruskin, Florida, USA and our cremation jewelry is also showcased on other websites in USA and Canada in addition to being available in select funeral homes.

Q. What do you do with the left over ashes?

We offer you several options to choose from when it comes to the ashes used to create your custom glass cremation jewelry.

First, you have the choice to securely store any unused ashes for future use. Alternatively, we can return any unused ashes to you along with your completed order.

If you prefer, we can also respectfully dispose of the remaining ashes at one of our local Florida beaches.

In the rare case that there is any ash already encased in glass after the keepsake is created, we will include that extra glass with your order, giving you an additional keepsake to cherish.

Rest assured that whatever option you choose, your loved one's ashes will be handled with the utmost care and respect throughout the entire process, resulting in a beautiful and meaningful piece of custom glass cremation jewelry.

Q. How do the ashes appear in glass?

We want to make sure you know exactly what to expect when you order one of our custom glass cremation jewelry pieces.

That's why all the photos of our products on our website feature actual cremains inside, so you can see exactly how your keepsake will look. The cremains are clearly visible as air bubbles in either gray or white color.

It's important to note that every set of cremains is unique, so there may be slight variations in appearance and color between each piece of custom glass cremation jewelry we create. However, you can trust that each piece is crafted with care and respect, resulting in a one-of-a-kind keepsake that honors your loved one's memory.

Q. Can I combine ashes from more than one individual or pets and how do I order?

We understand that you may want to combine the ashes of multiple loved ones into a single order, or you may want to order multiple keepsakes using different sets of ashes.

Rest assured that we are happy to accommodate either request! When you place your order, simply leave us a note in the designated field or send us an email to let us know your specific needs.

If you require additional clear pouches for the ashes, we will be more than happy to include them in your collection kit so that you can easily and safely send us all the ashes you wish to use.

Our goal is to make the process of ordering custom glass cremation jewelry as easy and stress-free as possible, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or special requests.

Q: Can you use hair or other materials in glass instead of ashes?

Unfortunately, we can't use any other materials besides cremation ashes in our glass cremation jewelry. That's because materials like hair, bone, and teeth would burn up immediately if we tried to melt them into glass. Our 2,000 degree torch is hot enough to encase cremation ashes in glass, but other materials can't withstand that heat. However, we do have high-quality stainless steel keepsakes that can hold hair or other materials.

While borosilicate glass is incredibly resilient, it is not indestructible, so we recommend handling your memorial with care and using common sense when wearing it. Rest assured that your memorial will be a cherished and enduring tribute to your loved one.

The shipping of collection kit will take approximately 4 to 6 business days. After finishing your order, we will ship it with USPS first class, signature required.

Please let me know if you would like your order expedited. There might be an extra charge for that.

The buyer will be responsible for shipping the self-addressed envelope with the cremains back to me. You can check your shipping cost online at your postal service website. The envelope will be shipped to my location in Ruskin, Florida 33570. I would recommend that you ship it with a tracking option.

            Q. Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I try to do my best to make every order in less than 2 weeks with average of 1 week. Sometimes with high volume of orders, our processing times may increase, especially before Holidays.
